About the Author
Paul Alofs is an award-winning senior executive who has achieved success in the retail, entertainment, Internet, marketing services, and social enterprise sectors. This is a fabulous read, the stories are great. This makes you really think differently about how to build and build and sustain the most important asset in success which is passion. I am a baby boomer and I want all my university kids reading this. This will set them up for success!

Passion Capital is one of the most thought provoking, inspiring and practical books I've read about creating a plan to drive sustained results. It is hard to put down, which you can rarely say about a business book. This is a must-read for leaders of any age or leaders of businesses at any stage; I would also recommend it for any individual looking to plan their career. I completely agree with the premise that "passion capital" is the foundation upon which all other forms or capital are built and attracted. The seven building blocks of Passion Capital are clearly explained with practical business examples - Creed, Culture, Courage, Brand, Resources, Strategy and Persistence. I highly recommend it.

I had the great opportunity to read this book as soon as it came out, and I was captured by it's incredible ability to identify a new asset based on an emotion....PASSION! The stories are true business success', the principles outlined are applicable immediately but mostly the book is for EVERYONE who feels passionate about what they do in their lives. You won't put it down!
