Latino culture is notorious for amazing food and coffee - this book not only encompasses the magic of those two entities, but infuses them into amazing recipes that range from standard and simple to exotic and tantalizing. Every recipe is kind of like an adventure - perfect gift for the foodie, coffee lover and culture aficionado.

I received this cookbook a few weeks ago and immediately poured through it, enjoying the story of coffee through the words of author Patrica McCausland-Gallo. She is from Coloumbia and you can tell how much she loves her homeland. Every recipe I have tried has been outstanding. I am a meringue freak and the Coffee Meringue Disks are wonderful. The Three-Milks Coffee Delights are incredible - a combination of two traditional Latin American recipes. Another new favorite is the Asparagus with Savory Coffee Syrup. I'm so excited to try many other recipes from this unique cookbook.
