Best Fictional Story on Mary Magdalene!,
By Kelly Fleming "Gypsy Goddess" (High Desert) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Passion and the Glory: The Greatest Love Story Ever Lived: The Story of Mary Magdalene: The Woman Who Loved Jesus (Paperback)
This is truly a monumental working. The author, Ysatis De Saint-Simon lovingly blends, the Bible stories, the Lost Books of the Bible and Gnostic Texts into a fabulous truthful telling of the story between Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene. This Magdalene starts out as a selfish, spoiled and bitter woman who makes the shift from carnal love to divine love. Both the selfish Magdalene and the Divine Magdalene are breathtaking characters that make you feel her down to your bones. The book is filled with art and pictures and you will not be disappointed. This is a fictional book that teaches the Bible stories. My highest recommendations!
