I had the advantage of meeting Steve Reid and listening to his group in Florida at Pleasure Island. We sat in the "Danger Zone" - the table next to Steve's cage, as I call it. Doesn't take a lot of imagination to picture Bamboo Forest coming alive right in my living room when the album is playing!
