A good ending, but weird way of getting there,

I read it only two days ago and I am forgetting it already.Considering the little girl was the reason for Dot to be in Japan she seemed...pretty under-present, like where was she when the nanny and her father were having all of that hot springs time? I didn't find Calum's confession of love beleivable either, possibly because there was nothing from his point of view and nothing from Dot's to indicate that at all. Never mind how quickly Dot's prim and properness flew out the window. I rather wished that the friend she had been with in the first chapter had made more of an appearance to round her out a bit more, as the supporting characters were dominated by those of his world. I did enjoy the epilogue however, by that time Dot and Calum seemed to have ironed out their relationship to one I would have enjoyed reading more about.

Passion's Far Shore was good and very interesting, the characters are a guy named Calum and a lady named Dorothy and the plot takes them to England, Japan and the USA, though it was good I didn't find it good enough to be among my keepers but was worth reading once.
