This review is from: Passionate Medicine: Making The Transition From Conventional Medicine To Homeopathy (Paperback)
This book consists of seven personal stories of doctors and vets and their journey to homeopathy and holistic medicine. The authors' personalities shine through their words; these are the kind of doctors you wish you had in your neighborhood clinic. I loved the chapter written by Peter Gregory, a veterinarian. He has a deep understanding of the relationship between humans and animals and confirms the phenomenon of pets sharing some of their owners' medical issues. Dr Kaplan points out the importance of humor in healing. I definitely have to find out more about Provocative Therapy! Great read, my only criticism is maybe the author of the collection could have included a couple of stories from outside of his personal circle, maybe even from other countries. That would give it a more general perspective. In any case, nice job.
