Marci has a wonderful voice. That combined with the soothing music put me right into the meditaion. This is one of the best meditation tapes I have ever used...it really works.

This tape was very good. The author (Marci) does have a very soothing voice and it put me right into a very relaxed state. Her technique is great. This tape is a must for both beginners and experts.
