I am really glad that I discovered Denise Linn! I have been reading alot about reincarnation/past life regression lately - it's something that makes so much sense to me! I have read all of Brian Weiss after seeing him on the Howie Mandell show! I really like his books and I got a tape of his also. He's a very good read as well. But I've read them all and I still need help!

Ms. Linn has a wonderfully different way to discribe her experiences and to suggest ways to relax and regress! I am a very hard nut to relax - I'm too "busy" and I need to get all the suggestions that I can! Ms. Linn has given me the "blue light" method which I think will help and she reaffirmed many others - in different words and emphases! I am not done yet with this book - but it's a fast read and I will be done soon so that I can try what she suggests and pass it on to my sister!

Ms. Linn explains the past life concept with ease and grace. Anyone can read this book; it's not one of those mumbo-jumbo, what does that mean?, get out a dictionary-type of books. She uses language that even the untutored past life enthusiast can understand and absorb. She uses real life situations to put the concepts into perspective. If you are looking for a book to learn more about past lives without extremely heavy thinking, give this one a try. Even a skeptic will think twice about the paths we choose in this life!!

I have always had great respect for Native Americans with their high level of spirituality and closeless to the Earth. Denise Linn is an excellent example of this.

Her book was and is exactly what I needed to open doors in my life. Her exercises are excellent ways of not only finding out information about past lives but also, as the title suggests, finding out who you are in the present.

The best chapter in the book is "How To Recall A Past Life." You'll be surprised at what you find out.

Only a Native American could write a kick (butt) book like this. It is most definitely worth the read!!!

This was the first book by Denise Linn I have read,it certainly will not be the last. She truly captures the essence of reincarnation in her writings. Her stories on Native Americans along with other case studies made for very interesting reading.

I am an admitted big fan of Denise Linn's work. I will tell you that upfront! But this book is one of the MOST important past life books I have read. In her inimitable style, she teaches us to do it ourselves! Denise teaches us the techniques, the secrets, the methods to delve into our own past lives and learn for ourselves just who we were, what we did and when. I consider one of today's true master teachers and urge you to buy this book if you have an interest in anything Past Life oriented!

Lately I have been interested in finding out more about my past lives. I was going to decide between this book and another but am SO HAPPY I got this one! It gives real experiences from Denise Linn's patients which are beyond interesting and amazing; as well as different techniques to discover your own past lives. Also in this book, she describes how fixing problems in the past can help you in your present and future lives as well; things like, ulcers, back pain, and mysterious scars you dont remember getting! I am only halfway through with the book, but had to write a review now! Don't hesistate to get this book if you are interested in past lives!
