If you've got a 12ga that kicks like a mule when firing the hevi shots then this is for you. Also can be worn by women - which I am - and I am fairly busty and I can wear this no problem - I was tired of getting black and blue marks - this recoil pad made a HUGE difference. Now I don't flinch anymore.

I had to purchase this PAST-type recoil pad for a shotgun class and found it helpful to prevent a bruised shoulder (we shot over 350 rounds in two days) but it kept slipping off my shoulder. Several others in the class had the same problem and we tried several different strapping methods trying to secure it to our shoulder as we moved around. Nothing seemed to work. Nonetheless, I would recommend it and add that you should bring some tape, sticky Velcro, or a non-slip pad to prevent the slipping off the shoulder.

We purchased this product because my mother-n-law & I have a terrible time with regular sand bags when sighting in our hunting rifles. My husband saw this and said lets try it. It took the entire impact of my 30-06. We recommend this to everyone. You wont be sorry.

This is as good as it gets for being able to shoot the large calibers without having them bench rested. Nothing can eliminate recoil completely that you would be willing to wear. This is the best combo of size and functionality that I believe exists.

Outstanding product. Have very bad shoulder and have not shot for years because of recoil pain. Shot 100+ 12 ga last week and did not feel a thing. Buy it! Wish they would make a shooting vest that would take the pad.

It's hard to put it on or switch from left hand to right hand side but once is on it works ok, also little pricey for a simple product

I went through 200 rounds of bird shot, 75 of buck shot, and 25 slugs last weekend on my 12 gauge; my should felt no pain and the pad did not get in my way at all. This is a great asset if you are planning on taking alot of recoil.

I am not getting shoulder sore. Takes a little getting used to and the straps take some fiddling with to get right.

I had high hopes that this would be a convenient, and simple pad to wear for recoil reduction. Not only does it provide little padding that is unsuited for this purpose, but the contraption they have devised for wearing it is nothing less than silly. I had checked the Internet for reviews on this product, they all seemed to rate well; I am starting to think the reviews came from people associated with the company to sell more product. If you want to wear a recoil reduction device that works, and is well suited to wear, this is not the one.
