Damn...., November 3, 2008
This review is from: Past Presence & Features (Audio CD)
This is hip hop as it should be. Grown-man-beats (the beats remind me of a cross between DJ Premier and Dr. Dre, if that says anything) but Douja is all over the place. His flow is hardcore as hell but he's clearly not trying to prove how hard he is, he's just breaking off some of the most clever rhymes since Nas or Jay-Z's first album. This dude is definately one of the most slept-on artists of the last few years. Any and all hip hop fans need this album. It's rare to find production this good with lyrics to match. Usually its one or the other. This album is the total package.

A tribute to the golden age...., October 21, 2006
This review is from: Past Presence & Features (Audio CD)
I wish the hip hop droppin these days was as ill as the rap from the golden age. Doujah Raze helps take us on the journey back. Straight-up NY underground Hip Hop. No Filler. Just great music from a promising artist who everyone needs to stop sleepin on. A++
