I ordered these and the boxes arrived cold, packed in ice packs in a cooler. Great, fresh flavor, very homemade and authentic. Made a wonderful meal for the holidays. My family loved this gourmet dish served with a gorganzola cream sauce with a bit of sage.

It sounded like a great idea for a Halloween party, but I can't really say if these are any good or not. Poor packaging led to warm mushy product on arrival. Tried re-ship twice with same results. Don't bother unless you live in the frozen North.

These are awesome! The filling is fantastic! Try them you will love them. I like to boil them a little longer than the directions.

An ideal size ravioli with great taste. Goes well with either a pumpkin sauce or a butternut squash sauce. Also great with a sage & butter sauce. Will order from them again when in season.

I haven't tried these yet; they have just arrived, but I wanted to warn fellow customers that you will be receiving 56 TOTAL ounces (four packages of 14 ounces each): that adds up to 72 cents per ounce! Amazon has given me an appropriate refund, so props to them.
