What a beautiful book, it's like taking a cooking tour of Italy. The beautiful photos of the different regions are so inviting you may want to hop a plane and dine there.But since many of us are either too busy to get away, or the price is too much for our budget, this book has interesting factual information about the regions, what causes them to choose certain ingredients for dishes, and tempting recipes that make you want to get a bottle of wine, and some beautiful music, and invite the family.(which is very Italian!!:)

Divides recipes by different parts of the Italy. Had a cooking class with one of the authors while in Italy. Great fresh ingredients.
