easy pasta,

Once I heard a food professional writer comment that if she reviewed a cookbook and found three recipes she wanted to try it was a successful book. With this book it would be difficult to find three recipes you would not want to try. The fresh and imaginative recipes are easy to follow with many taking 30 minutes or less to prepare. Every recipe is illustrated in glorious color. The book is in a large ring binding that opens flat for kitchen convenience. Many of the recipes are vegetarian.

This cookbook has some of the most amazing recipes in it. This author obviously has a love affair with his subject matter. I made a few of the recipes and they were absolutely orgasmic. The food photography and styling really make you want to try each and every one of these recipes. The book also makes a great addition to my coffee table when not being used all the time to entertain at my countless dinner parties. This is a must buy!
