There are many good recipes in this book, and most take only 20 minutes to prepare. Especially good are the chicken with lemon caper cream sauce, and smoked turkey with goat cheese and pine nuts.Highly recommended for the family on the go.

I've been using this book since it was first published over 10 years ago. It has many excellent pasta recipes, many that are now particular favorites in our family, such as 'Tuna with White Beans' and 'Spicy Cheddar with Bacon'. The recipes are simple, fast and tasty. Well worth purchasing.

This is the 5th time I have bought Pasta Presto. It is a wonderful little book to give to a college student (with a kitchen and limited budget) and, or, anyone who loves a quick, great, easy, delicious meal. HIGHLY recommend!!
