I cooked two pounds of ziti for ten people who had no idea this was brown rice pasta. I was very soft but too much so, and everyone thought the ziti was delicous. Will definitely order again. Even my daughter who dislikes Lunds brand of brown rice penne didn't notice a thing.

This just arrived yesterday and we had it for dinner. It was very good. Though I have resisted following the "gluten-free" fad, I have noticed as I age that whole wheat pastas are harder to digest. I love variety anyhow, so we've been trying whole grain alternatives to wheat. If you read labels as I religiously do, you'll notice that a lot of "gluten-free" pasta is made with processed, refined flours. Unless it says "brown" rice, it's white and refined and missing a lot of B vitamins. This pasta is organic and brown rice and delicious. The only thing about non-wheat pastas is that they tend to get mushy. You can't leave them sitting around in the soup for a long time. We find the texture, flavor and price of this pasta more than acceptable.
