Great simple recipes!
I love this book! Great food ideas to prepare! Easy recipes! No hassle cooking. Speedy clean-up. Very nicely written and illustrated. This book is truly a good value. It is fun to read and helpful!

I am a little partial to this book because Betty is my aunt! But the ease in which the book goes over recipes and the great photography makes it easy for me to brag. Betty Thompson-Morton comes from a family of great cooks! Pat and Betty have a great chemistry and it is refreshing to see that they have a cookbook to showcase the great works. I love this cookbook. The recipes are easy and fast! No fancy ingredients needed. Most of what is called for is somethig I already have on hand. The tips, explanations, and illustrations are great. This is my kind of cookbook!

I am a little partial to this book because Betty is my aunt! But the ease in which the book goes over recipes and the great photography makes it easy for me to brag. Betty Thompson-Morton comes from a family of great cooks! Pat and Betty have a great chemistry and it is refreshing to see that they have a cookbook to showcase the great works. I had showed everyone that I know and everyone's impressed. But on the personal side, I am very proud!!!!! The personal touch is what makes this a great read. Even my 13 year old can use these recipes. That will be the key to this books success....no mess and good eats.(...)

I have only tried one recipe in this book so far and my family was't crazy about the results...but then, that isn't out of the ordinary for my family when we try new recipes...the book actually looks promising and I would have to try more recipes before I could write a real review of it; so don't go by my review
