From the Back Cover
"Dear 'Artist', I designed this coloring book for you using high quality paper so you could save your art work. These pages are suitable for framing and/or matting, or posting on your "Refrigerator Gallery". Over the years, I have had the pleasure of having many of these animals live with me and my family as pets: Mynahs, Mongooses, Geckos, Ducks (Koloa), Hawaiian Goats (Kao), Wild Hawaiian Pigs, Chickens (Moa), Horses (Lio), and Dogs ('Ilio). They each have their own distinct personality which I have tried to capture in my drawings. I hope you enjoy coloring these animals as much as I have enjoyed drawing them and sharing my impressions of the Animals of Hawaii with you".
