Vindaloo - not peanut butter but d@mned good!,

I became aquainted with Patak's Vindaloo paste while living in the UK and now I'm hooked. This paste isn't as much 'hot' as it is 'very spicy' and flavorful. I use it as flavoring in spicy dishes, as a topping for meats and vegtables (oh, it's great on fries!), as a 'kick-in-the-pants' to soups and noodles....oh, man! I'm salivating just thinking about it.Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Just make sure you mix it up in the bottle each and every time to evenly mix the oil and paste - this will give you a great product down to the last serving. |
