The whole jar is only 180 calories with very little fat and even a little fiber. Easily makes a meal for 4. I cut up 4 chicken breasts into 1" chunks and cook it, dump in the sauce, simmer for a minute, serve over rice and voila! So fast, easy and gooood. It's a little spicy and full of flavor.

I buy it at Cost Plus World Market.
