This is a rich and flavorful curry paste, with lots of subtle undertones. Although it is listed as "hot", it is actually fairly mild in flavor, but with an abundance of spice. This is a great curry to use when you don't have time to grind and mix your own spices.

Patak's Vindaloo is the only way to go for a quick and easy curry dinner. Follow the instructions on the jar, substituting the shrimp for chicken or other meat. We have finally realized that simpler ingredients are what make it work! YUM
