I remember had this game when I was a kid! I remember loving it and honestly would even like to play it now as an adult. Each player has a different colored fish. A die with each color is rolled and the fish whose color is rolled gets to move ahead. While the fish are racing each other a motorized shark is slowly advancing and as it reaches a fish the fish gets chomped and sucked into the shark's belly. I recommend giving the fish a big head start if you want the game to last longer. You can have very short rounds though. The last fish to be eaten wins! Here's a video so you can see the game in action!

It's a very easy and simple game but we love it! It's fun! I had this game when I was a kid and enjoyed it so I got it for my kids for Christmas. We have a lot of fun playing it!

I played this game when I was six and thought I would buy it for old times sake. Works perfectly, just as I remembered it. Instant Classic :)

I purchased this game for my 4-year old nephew back in January,as he's a big fan of sharks. He really enjoyed the game, even if it was a bit above his age level. My own 3-year old really liked watching the game and asked if we could take it home with us. After explaining to him that this was not his to take and that we could only play it for a little while, he (of course) cried and said he wanted it. I made a mental note to pick up another one to give to him on his own fourth birthday. Now that we have one of our own, it has become one of his regualar go-to games on game nights. He needs help to play it, as it is fairly fast-paced and he can't kep up with it by himself, but as he grows older he will be able to handle this on his own. Fun game that is great for little ones!

I had this game when I was about 6 or 7 (I'm now 30), and I've never been able to find it in stores since I was a kid. so I was really excited to see it on Amazon because I wanted to purchase it for my oldest son, who is now 6 going on 30. The shark goes slow...for an adult, but it's probably perfect pace for a young kid. It's a race and it gets my kids excited and crazy. My kids can play on their own due to the game being easy to follow and super easy to learn. Plus, my oldest son is into sharks so that was an added perk. I would recomend for anyone with younger kids.

We had this game when I was young and I remember fondly. I am now the mother if two (a toddler and a preschooler) and I decided the elder was old enough to play this. And holy crap! It is STILL such a fun game! Both kids love it and I love playing with them. It is a fun and exciting way to pracrice colors and counting (sometimes we designate space numbers to a roll if someone's fish is about to be eaten). Even having your fish eaten is fun to them. It is all very well built. Even the box is heavy-duty. So happy I bought this.

Gave this to my nephew - he's almost 4, and he LOVED it! At this age he's just excited to watch the shark eat the fish...so we spent quite a bit of time just setting up the fish and watching the shark devour them. The grown-ups played the game a few times, and it's pretty hilarious - - it's very fast paced, which is challenging to actually play, but very very entertaining! Great for kids - a lot of fun!

One of my favorite games from Mattel from the 90's. I actually still have it around although I don't think it actually works.

Bought this as a gift for the little girl that my mom babysits and she loves it! It's a really nice game that kids under 8 or 10 can play with a small group or even with parents.
