This is the best one volume treatise on current patent law that's out there. I invariably look to Harmon before picking up Chisum.

This is a great one volume treatise on Patent Law. As a summer associate, I used this book all summer for any patent law assignements. I preferred this book over Chisum b/c it was brief and gave a good overview. I highly recommend this book.
