Much more than just pate,

50 recipes for hot and cold loaves of many kinds. These are great for the busy person as they improve over a few days, so make great leftovers. Recipes for ham mousse, salmon loaf in pastry, pork & spinach loaf, veal & bacon loaf, pastry covered loafs like raised pork pie, stuffed rolled beef loaf, duck loaf, rabbit pate, goose and much more.
Of course it has great recipes for Pate. But it also has side dishes like stuffed vegetables, salads, sauces, hot and cold sauces, and wine punches. My copy of the book is posted above as a picture. |
