I first heard of Adam on ABC's Primetime special several weeks ago. The show took an inside look at his energy healing seminars. Here people with illness come by the thousands and from miles in hopes to be freed from their disease. Why Adam? He's able to "see" a holographic image of a person's illness and break up the negative "clumps" of energy. This begins the circulation of healthy energy and often heals the body of its symptoms as a result.

Of course ABC made Adam look a bit like a kook; a deranged young person passing himself off as a healer then opening his pockets and lining them with ill people's money. Hey, that's the media (don't even get me started). therefore, before you prejudge, I offer this disclaimer: This is your life and health, you've got to take the time to educate yourself and form your own conclusions. Too, if you've ever heard of Edgar Cayce or know of his healing work (if not, do check out The Story of Edgar Cayce, There Is A River, By Thomas Surgue) you will recognize Adam's gift is real, but you have to do your part.

In his book then, Adam fills in his readers in on many of the scientific grey areas paramount to keeping the body well (these ideas are what the science professors at my university called "black box" ideas - yep, those be the one's science can't quite explain). Here Adam spells them out for you; both the ways of universal energy, where it comes from and what this means to you and your health.

Of special import, Adam explains how we are all connected to the universal energy field and how any and all information one could ever need is available to you from this field. He also shows you how to get to it - DreamHealer is the most comprehensive description of energy as it applies to the body that I've ever read.

If you invest the time and open you mind, you will learn how you can heal yourself and/or stay well by using your thoughts to meet your intention and desired outcome. It's true. And everyone worth their salt says so (think Louise L. Hay, Dr. Bernie Siegel, Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Wayne W. Dyer, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and so on). Yet, when there's so much information out there with regard to living well and curing the body of disease (take it from someone who's shelves are double parked) in my opinion - Adam deserves a read. Even if you're a skeptic, he talks to you in terms you can understand. After all, you are in charge of your own body which brings me to the best news - if you are already sick, Adam's ideas may just be the missing piece to your wellness you've been looking for... If only you will open your mind to the possibilities.

I found the book to be a great read. The explanations were very clear (very helpful!) and the exercises produced results. That was all I wanted - and I got it!

Thank you, Adam, for your newest book. This is a powerful bridge book. It connects those who have known the power of intuition and the field of infinite mind, which everyone can draw upon, with those who apply logic and what's accepted by science as the truth. I've a list of many I would love to share this book with. It's wonderful.

I've read your first two books. In my opinion this book shows tremendous growth in you. Only the best to the best.

This is an excellent book that's easy to understand. It really is wonderful to read about someone who knows what they are capable of doing, believes in themselves and then does what they are capable of doing. Belief goes a long way in curing ourselves of illness because illness begins on the same level where cures begin. We just have to get in touch with it. Doubt, likewise, goes a long way in returning to the same old rut that robs one of many things, including health. Actually, "we are made in the image and likeness of God," therefore as creators, we can restore health, wealth, relationships and most anyting else that exists in the physical world, because it already exists in the non-physical world, which is a place where we exist simultaneously but most are unaware. We exist on levels other than the physical level, we only need to get in touch with these levels of existance and once there, we are capable of materializing results in the physical world. Restoration of health is a materialization on the physical level of that which already exists on the non-physical level, our only job is to bring the non-physical into the physical. Adam can do this and he tells how to do it in an easily understandable way. Practitioners of Healing Touch have been trained to do exactly what Adam does; they are taught to become re-acquainted with themselves and their healing ability.

In my presence, I have personally seen health restored as Adam describes. One was a person who obviously had a hernia and it was healed on the spot, never to return in over 8 years. That's impressive! Even more impressive, I was present to see an individual cured of myasthenia gravis. The disease, which is ultimately crippling and fatal, was diagnosed by a medical doctor and then confirmed by two university teaching hospitals; the disease had already begun to cause obvious physical problems and the individual was completely healed and the disease has not returned simply by using techniques described in Adam's book. As of this review, this individual has remained healed and completely disease free. This healing occurred over 7 years ago. Anyway, "The Path of the Dream Healer" is excellent and the process described is authentic and it works. Read the book and then do it!

I have been to Adam's weekend intensive seminar and he is "the real deal!" He is genuine, honest, and friendly. I have read all his books and highly recommend his seminars and books to anyone interested in alternative health or anyone with chronic illness.

I first heard of Adam back in February 2006 when I got a Life Path reading from a very helpful tarot & tea leaf reader in Nanaimo. I have read all his books and even have his DVD :) He gets to the point and is sharing his knowledge and gift of healing that all of us can do. I really like how he shares his stories of his life and how he explains the Universal Energy in terms that have no specific religious origin. Everyone can benefit from this universal energy no matter what belief system you have. I highly recommend this book to all who went to better their lives and learn to heal themselves and others. If you continue on a positive path, those around you will do the same :)

I had the opportunity to participate in a group session Adam held in Toronto, CA in Sept.'05. Before attending the workshop, I had read both of his first two books as per his recommendation. I immediately "grokked" to his healing words, and the session opened my brain/body/spirit/self in miraculous ways. Adam's newest book has given me even more insights which assist me in my life's

quest. Adam is a truly amazing young man and brilliant teacher. In addition to that, Adam's mission is to teach all of us to become our own healers. I can't give enough praise to Adam's

The Path of the Dreamhealer is not just remarkably well written, it turns out to be a very penetrating account of the human spirit in relationship to the cosmic whole. Adam guides us with precision ease through the Creation, how our body, mind and spirit integrate into all that is in such an easy to read and grasp format. Its illustrations well enhance the effectiveness of the processes outlined in the book.Though I am aware of other critics' counterclaims on Adam's healing technigues, I agree with Adam that there are no miracles involved here, rather a knowing more of your Self involved here. It is only due to ignorance that things appear or seem miraculous. Adam's honest and refreshing advice has been for everyone to practice, practice, practice! Ability is involved and naturally needs to be cultivated through diligent exercise, which includes feeling your tai chi energy ball, seeking auras, and forming imaginative visualisation skill with the help of the colorful illustrations included. I have come to the conclusion that this outstanding literary offering is an invitation to transcend many of our current healing practices , from psychoanalysis to reiki, without any mind numbing intellectual jargon. More astounding is the realization that this is the work of an extraordinarily bright and gifted teenager. I am giving this book a second readthrough and give it 5 stars.

P.S. After this review was written, I have had the pleasure of meeting Adam at one of his workshops in Toronto. It was well attended, about 500 people. Two healing sessions were given by Adam to entire room. Though I am deaf, I was able to feel the effects of his intention throughout the brief sessions. Most likely, everyone would yield different results or experiences compared to each other, but what I felt was a type of white noise vibration as if my ears would pop. I did have a persistent health issue present, a problem with rotating one of my shoulders as it was painful. Though no healing claims were promised by Adam, I did go through a gradual recovery within a week. The book explains everything.

This is a must-read for anyone on the path of healing, whether as a healer or someone in need of healing. Namaste

I've read several negative blogs trashing Adam and am wondering what's the big deal? After reading this book I came to believe that we truly all can heal (ourselves & others), I learned tools that resonated with me, and I tried them and they worked ... for me. This book opened up a whole new world to me and I'm left mystified why someone would trash a person and method that when employed only has positive results? Finally someone in the healing arts comes forward and freely shares the nuts & bolts "how to" of what works for him (and can work for us) & seeks to empower others, not glorify himself or say his is the only modality that works. I love to learn new methods of energy healing but get tired of books leading me to believe they will show me how, yet at their conclusion find I have to sign up for an expensive weekend retreat or series of training classes. I don't want to make a career of this, I have other interests, but I'd like to do my part to help heal our planet and this book greatly empowered my belief that I can make a difference.
