Most of the content is found either in the free Beta Version or in the new Advanced Players Guide. This is a pamphlet sized soft cover and is way overpriced for what you get. I read the reviews but got suckered in on the four and five star reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did by buying this product. Honestly it should be priced at about $2.99 but even then, there is a reason they don't want to give you a preview of whats inside.

It was a hard choice to give it only one star star, the product at least looked professional, but man I haven't been this disappointed in a purchase in a long time.

Well I was expecting more. This product is something that would be a freebie at a convention. It has some intersting things in it, but, I found it a dissapointment. Not remotely necessary. 30 page of "meh", a glorifed pamphlet.

I was thinking there would be wonderful Weapons and Armour additions in a booklet entitled "Adventurer's Armoury". There's plenty of weapons, bugger all armour, plenty of equipment descriptions, some additional feats and some alchemical gear. One whinge - seriously, I don't want a companion booklet to waste space on describing a blanket or a coffin. Users should also be careful about some of the effects etc - some don't make sense or are poorly thought out. Oh yes - should you know the authors, please tell them I want sections for sub-zero equipment, desert gear, useful gear for planar travel, caving gear etc etc in their next edition!!

This product is a waste of money the info is in the handbook. I can't believe they sell this product. I am guessing this was printed before the handbook came out and the BETA test version was still being worked on. Please read the reviews don't waste your money like I did.

One of the worst Gear books ever seen in the rpg game book world. Almost every Rpg tries to publish an accessory of Gear and Weapons and most come with handy charts to random generate gear, Like the Pathfinder Dungeon Master guide does (BTW THAT BOOK IS A MUST HAVE). But this book is a true disappointment almost as bad as the Pathfinder Npc guide book, which is even thinner believe it or not! Should be pulled and content should be added to Core book for free. Its very limited and a waste of money. I was frustrated and embarrassed I had wasted money when I got this book.

To say that this book is "not worth the price" is being far to kind. It is a level 5 piece of trash. Paizo should be paying the reader for taking it off their hands. Cheep card stock and only 32 pages long but only 3 pages are of any help.

Lots of gamers have been looking for just the sort of equipment guide as this one. Hollow weapon pommels, extra tools and other tricks that help an adventurer live another day are wonderfully presented here. I'd love even more!

While its not meant to be much of an accessory for your game, this product doesn't offer anything noteworthy. Most of what's useful in it could be made up in a weekend by a competent DM with MS Word. Its the sort of produce that's nice to have around if you haven't got time to think and need something to add a bit of flavor in the way of equipment. Of course, as I said, any DM with half a brain should be able to imagine up most of the fluff in this book.

I was impressed with this when it first came out. Now I know better - having recently reviewed the Pathfinder GameMastery Guide and the Advanced Player's Guide, I can see this is just a money grab for Paizo. It not a bad product, just kind of skimpy. Save your money, and get the above-mentioned products. This is stuff they could have posted online.

It is not what I thought it was. I was hoping for a core book with as much arms and armor as they could cram into it. It's just another supplement with some new additions. You will still need the main book for all your basic arms and armor requirements
