About the Author

Katie Brazelton, PhD, MDiv, MA is the author of the bestselling Pathway to Purpose for Women and its companion books, Praying for Purpose and Conversations on Purpose. The founder of Life Purpose Coaching Centers International, she lives in Southern California near her grown children, daughter-in-law, and grandson.

The Pathway to Purpose Personal Journal is more than just a

journal where dreams, events, goals, feelings, and insight are

recorded. It is perhaps one of the most useful tools that we have at

our disposal for discovering the answer to the age old question,

"what is my purpose in life?" The journal is designed for recording

of dreams, events in one's life, goals, fears and insights as

progress is made on the pathway to finding our purpose in life.

Author, Katie Brazelton, asks thought-provoking questions that go

beneath the surface into the very depth of our soul. As one

prayerfully and honestly works through this journal they can not

help but come away with a better understanding of what their

purpose in life is. For the reader who wants to go even deeper, I

strongly recommend Conversations on Purpose for Women also

written by Katie Brazelton.

The Pathway to Purpose Journal is meant to be used as a companion to the book, Pathway to Purpose, but can be used as a "stand alone" journal. Provides a place to record your thoughts, dreams, and desires as God reveals them to you during your journey to purpose. The thought-starters spur you to dig deeper and reflect more. I record my questions to God, to myself, and others, too. As the answers come, I include them as a record of God's faithfulness and direction to me. I could've used just any journal-but I've found this to make my study more meaningful and directed.

When I started reading Pathway to Purpose it was almost as if Katie had been listening to my prayers and cries out to the Lord. Katie's vulnerability in sharing her life through in Pathway to Purpose can't help but pull you in hook, line and sinker. You will be touched and challenged as I have been with each chapter. If you complete the exercises at the end of the chapters you will be on your way to having a closer walk with the Lord and a more mature outlook on the amazing life God has waiting for you.
