4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting read
I am not sure I agree with Selekman's argument r/t the medicalization of mental illness. However, I find the psychotherapy that he describes compelling.

From the perspective of Healing this is a good resource.
It is practical and directive.
It helps and prompts the reader to do work in their own life and impart healing to others.
Thank you for the structure and content which is very useful for anyone.
There is nothing more necessary than healing, behaviour and relationships.
