This review is from: Pathways to Print: Combined Series Unit (Paperback)
This book encompasses important subjects like Scanning & Image manipulations, Trapping, Color, Type management, QA and a few more. Some important rules for scanning and printing. Though it's full of short examples of Do's and not Do's, I felt like a stupid kid with the "Questions" at the end of each chapter, and the material is not well compressed. Sometime I got the feeling that I've already read the material at preceding chapters. But, let's not forget this book is composed out of 5 different short books, each devoted to a specific subject. Conclusion: Dry rules for DTP beginners. |
