Book Description

1957
There was a time when Room 18 was the brightest, sunniest, most desirable room in the whole hospital. Even now, it is cleaned and dusted twice a week in hopes of placing a patient there. But people remember all too well the headlines which read "Room 18 Claims Its Third Victim" and the room stays permanently empty. For Room 18 will always be Room 18, haunted with sinister memories of murder and worse, a place of violence where no one has ever remained past midnight - with one exception - Nurse Sarah Keate....

5.0 out of 5 stars The Patient in Room 18, January 29, 2012

This review is from: The Patient in Room 18 (Hardcover)
"The Patient in Room 18" is one of my favorite books by Mignon G. Eberhart. It has two of my favorite characters, Nurse Keate and Lance O'Leary. Well written with the characters and scenery so well described that one feels you are looking on as the story unfolds. It was written many years ago, but that really doesn't matter once one gets into the book. I am hoping the Eberhart books will be on Kindle in the near future. These older books should not be forgotten.
