About the Author
Peter Jeswald has 32 years of experience in the construction industry as a builder, construction manager, and designer. After owning his own general contracting business, he started a residential and light commercial design practice in 1982. He is a Certified Designer with the Energy-Crafted Home Program and holds an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License. His work includes hundreds of residential projects, as well as medical facilities, a school renovation, retail stores, and restaurants.

This book has a lot of great ideas from which to springboard your own ideas, if you're that type of person. Most of these are large scale ideas. I was hoping for some smaller projects to create areas of interest. There is not a lot of instruction in this book.
