NINE MONTHS and no word on caps, March 16, 2009

Order placed on March 4 for two St. Patrick's Day tams. Neither tam arrived by St. Patrick's Day, so they are are useless to us. I have heard from seller that tams were mailed USPS and items were returned as "undeliverable." USPS first class, second and media mail all arrive at the identical address. USPS website listed this address as deliverable, as do FedEx, UPS and DHL. Typical USPS sloppy work I am well acquainted with. I was never notified by seller that this item had been returned. Until seller changes carriers, I would not recommend this seller under any circumstances. To date, we have not received tams or refund.
DECEMBER 2 - NO WORD, NO REFUND!
