This is maybe not what you think. It is a second rate production of kids singing most of the songs. The instrument portion sounds like a high school band. OK for first or second graders.

The songs that had vocals were sung by children. I didn't buy this to hear kids sing songs....I was disappointed with this and do not recommend it. The marches section was ok.

Used this CD in the classroom. It was wonderful to have the children tie the songs to the theme of American Independence as we investigated the new nation. We plan to use the marches on the CD when we cover great composers.
