This book is a must for any college writing course. It provides comprehensive instruction for all types of essay writing. This book also offers many essays from a variety of well-known & not so much known writers at different, individual levels in their writing careers.
I bought this book used, however the condition it was in when I received it was as if it were bought new. The book even arrived before the anticipated arrival date.

This has been a good resource. It is well written and well organized. Important information (i.e. editing checklists) is repeated in each chapter. I have found this to be a clear and simple reference for teaching rhetorical writing.

The book lists information in a clear cut way. It can dumb things down a lot at points but overall the book is great and informative. I used it for class quite often and had no problems understanding the lessons.

Great Book. Passed my class with an A. Easy to follow also. This was the cheapest place I found a brand new book to purchase.
