"borrowed" some from my mother and have been hooked since. If you are a black woman w/o a lot of time for a deep conditioning, this will do what needs to be done!!! Thick and creamy, smells great, and when you rinse your hair shaft is smooth, untangles easy - all in 3-5 minutes -no cap no heat. I've yet to find a PM shampoo worth using - all drying to me even awapuhi - but this conditioner is the bomb :)

This is a great product and very pleasant to use.Hair is soft and silky from application till dry.
It has a nice scent and texture.
It is a very intense moisturizer.It improves elasticity and shine.
Once a week is enough.
Highly recommended.

I started using this five years ago and will never stop. I am Haitian with very dry relaxed hair. I was using all the wrong this in my hair which became apparent when I was shedding a lot. Weekly treatments under heat with Super Charged saved my hair. The key is to make sure that when rinsing conditioner out you leave between 5-10% in hair. use soft cool water which will close cuticle and help retain moisture. Sometime I follow it with Paul Mitchell "The Rinse" to seal hair. I am a customer for life. My hair went from shoulder length to Bra Strap!!!

After having my color touched up recently, I found my hair was a little dry. I used this on it and could feel and see the difference that day. I didn't use the moisturizer again for several weeks. My hair didn't dry out in between treatments, just used it for maintenance. Once a week is enough. Great product!

I don't understand why this product has so many good reviews? The product didn't do anything for dry, or color treated hair at all. I've used much better products which is really helps to soften a dry colored hair.

I don't know what the person who gave this product two stars is talking about, I LOVE this conditioner.

About 4 months ago I decided for whatever reason it would be a good idea to bleach my hair (husband has a thing for blondes...). My hair was SO fried! Pieces of my hair looked like the pulp you pull out of a squash or pumpkin! It was horrible!

My mother-in-law took me to a Paul Mitchell school to get my hair fixed and from then I've been hooked. I bought this and the moisturizing shampoo, used the super charged moisturizer every day as a normal conditioner and WOW! I no longer have weird split ends, my hair doesn't feel crispy anymore but soft and shiny! All of my stringy pumpkin hair is gone (a few good haircuts helped as well!).

I just left it on my hair for 3-5 mins and rinse out. It really moisturized my hair. Highly recommended!!

As a woman of color my hair can be a bit unruly and is extremely curly. It took me years and dozens of products to find something that would work in my hair and it was well worth the wait! This conditioner does an excellent job of preventing breakage, keeping it tame, and keeping it moist. After using my regular conditioner I brush through with this moisturizer and leave it in. People now constantly compliment my curls and ask what I use - and this is it! (I also recommend Paul Mitchell Super Clean Sculpting Gel.)

I have been using theis conditioner now for the past 7 months or so.
It acts quickly (application leave in time only 5 mins) and gives excellent resutls.
I have noticed that I have one by one been adding his produtcs to my hair line and replacing my previous items.
I now use ' The conditioner' leave in moisturiser, make my hair incredibly soft (i ahve been using this about 4 months)
Plus I started using the Awapuhi moisture mist (only 4 days now) but so far it has been absultely amazing.
The last bit of softness and mositure that I needed to stay in my hair and take it from day to day seems to have been accomplished with this.
I have been very impressed with his line. It is a bit pricey (especially since where I am I pay almost double the price) but it has been giving good results for me.
I highly recommend.
I will update this info, should I notice that it is not living up to my previous recommendation.
