I bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves it! She wanted a classy looking dish for not only baking, but also presentation as well. She is proud to carry her baked goods to events at friends houses, etc. in this pan.

Definitely recommend.

These heat evenly, look good, and don't cost much. I can make fun of Paula Deen's TV show all day, but she's put out a great line of stoneware here.

I bought two of these pie pans for a brunch and I made Paula Deens recipe for spinach bacon quiche and a crab quiche recipe I found on Taste of Home. Both were delicious and these pie pans are beautiful on the table. Easy easy cleanup which is a plus! Way to go Paula!

Now, while I love to bake, baking pies has never been one of my strong suits. I love to bake cakes, rolls, breads, cookies, and just about anything else you can think of, but pies always seem to cause me problems (mostly, because I fill the shell too full, I think). But in an effort to master pie making, I decided to try out this beautiful Paula Deen pie plate. The recipe of the day for the pie plate was a Coconut Chess Pie. I've always wanted to try my hand at Coconut Chess Pie thanks to it being a dessert item on the menu at Texas de Brazil. Mine was nothing like there's...in fact, I think it was better. (I may be on the road to success with pie making after all!) Cooked in this gorgeous plate, I don't think I'll ever have another pie problem again. Just like the baker, the pie plate cooks so evenly, and this pie looked awesome when it came out of the oven! After little more than a couple of hours, there was none of it left at my house...pie making success!

I have made Apple,Apple Cranberry,Cherry and Blackberry Pies in this pie baker and every one has come out amazing.From a presentation standpoint the Green Stoneware makes them look even more appetizing.
I am very happy with this product and would definately recommend it.
