after many tears i found the problem with the computer! its not the computer but the crappy software included. Explorer keeps freezing so I had to switch to Safari and i cant use my $200 printer with this machine because it also freezes up. Althought I couyld use my printer just fine on my previous vista machine, the service pack two must have screwed things up. but i love my machine now!
