I researched espresso machines for weeks and read so many blogs to reach the conclusion to purchase this machine for my hubby for his birthday. He enjoys making his own espresso and cappuccino each day - it is very easy to use. The fact that so many users on coffee blogs had used the La Pavoni Espresso machine for years without problems influenced my purchase. We have already saved hundreds of dollars by using the machine instead of purchasing mediocre coffee at an espresso shop.

This is a machine for those who like to spend some time fine-tuning the making of wonderful, rich espresso and excellent frothed milk. Not for the automatics crowd! Also, not for those who must economize, but I saved up so that I could get it--worth it!
