Great espresso, so easy
The La Pavoni Pisa/Inn is the perfect machine for me. It is so easy to make great espresso. No fiddling with tamping pressure it makes the best drinks right out of the box, first time every time. The milk frother is a little delicate but it works great. The look is not commercial but rather modern and sure to have your friends ask "what is that?"

Had to return it
Bought as a gift. Upon opening box immediately noticed this was previously used unit; internal packaging material broken and water spots in the tank. I decided to try it anyway, hoping it had been returned for something other than performance. Nope -- water leaked from below boiler unit quite badly. Really awful for the manufacturer to sell a reconditioned unit as new,...

I've had this model for over four years, and it's a fantastic domestic model. for a home machine, it has a lot of power for steaming, and pulls phenomenal shots with a beautiful creme. nothing is like a professional machine, however this is a great machine for the home.

I decided to try it anyway, hoping it had been returned for something other than performance. Nope -- water leaked from below boiler unit quite badly. Really awful for the manufacturer to sell a reconditioned unit as new, worse one that does not work! The item is quite heavy returning it was a real chore. I urge the prospective buyer to be be wary of this manufacturer again. I won't risk buying from tjem again.
