I had the product a month before I had to retire it to the basement. My Dog was able to bite off a couple of the metal bars -- went to Petsmart and bought a higher quality crate at a higher price and have had the product for 2+ months now and still going strong.

It's not the highest quality, but it's been enough for my greyhound, who loves being in the crate anyway. If you think your dog might try to get out, this one might be too flimsy for you. Otherwise, good bargain.

Product was fine until the morning (3 months after purchase)my 5 month golden got her eye hooked in the wire door hook that has no protection. About ripped her eye out. Took her to the vet, will be alright. Cut off the wire hooks!
