This film is inspirational. It is a guide for struggling cities who are trying to reinvent themselves. It can be done!

This is a great documentary and story about the city of Pawtucket, RI, and the residents who helped revitalize the city from a rundown New England mill town into a destination for artists and the other desirable residents who follow when you promote a renewal of a city's cultural core. This is a great watch for anyone with any interest in city planning, urban renewal, or historic preservation. Highly recommended!
