This book offers practical guidelines, example worksheets and additional reference sources. It's easy and a pleasure to read. Wonderful ideas, specific examples and clearly defined and outlined procedures make this a MUST have book for anyone looking for pay improvements.

This book was a tremendous help to me in designing an incentive based pay system for my company. It is extremely clear and concise. I would highly recommend it, especially for the price. I spent far more on another book that promised to do more and failed. Very good buy!
