This book is easy reading and straight forward. Problems are very educational and helpfull. I wish they would provide some of the answers to the problems, need to have the instructors manual for those. Interactive web site also a great addition to the book. Would recommend this book to anyone interested in learning how to do payroll accounting.

This textbook appears to cover all areas of Payroll quite well. It is easy to understand and the questions in each chapter review the subject well. It has even helped with an issue at work concerning pay of an independent contractor verses a W-2 employee.
The only thing against it is the CD that comes with the book. It does not give all the problems from the text to work. The publishers could expand on that for computer users!

I used this book in my payroll accounting class, and it had lots of good information in it. I decided to buy it just in case i need to refer back to it in the future. Great book for referencing payroll questions.

I purchased this book for a summer class online session. Although, the instructor was a huge disappointment, the book itself was very informing. I did not have alot of leadership or help for the issues I had in the book but by reading all the information, sometimes 2 times over, I learned more than I thought I would. This book is definitely a greater starter for anyone who needs training in payroll.

The text is fine, and there are many quizzes and practice questions, but most of the questions are excluded from the answer keys in the back and so are useless.

This book is what I needed for my class. I appreciate how it has worksheets too.

I ordered this product because it was alot cheaper than in the bookstore. I am very pleased with the product and it arrived exactly as described and earlier than expected.
