Timothy F. Carse is a CPA who has been involved in the area of payroll accounting both as an accountant as well as a teacher of the subject at the community college level. Jeffrey Slater teaches accounting and mathematics at North Shore Community College in Beverly, Massachusetts. Mr. Slater has authored a number of textbooks in both areas for over twenty-five years.
