I have a 16 year old Shih Tzu that is irritable due do having arthritis in is back legs and can't walk on his own or move himself in a comfortable position. I heard of the product from the pet store where I buy his Holistic food (he gave me a sample) and I put this on the bottom of his feet at night and he now sleeps 6-8 hours. Before he was up all night long and the sleepless nights were a unbearable. My groomer told me he is very strong willed and this was his way of saying he was frustrated. This was a God sent and I highly recommend this product. He's a great dog and I certainly wasn't ready to put him down.

Not sure it works that well for my very active, obsessive dog, but smells really good. When I first put it on her she runs around like crazy for a while, rubbing herself on the rug and then settles down.

I have tried several different things including harsh pill forms of a calming agent such as Valium for my older dog and the Thunderstorms.
The Peace & Calming oil works terrific and I even use it and it helps me think about being calmer and relaxing before I go to sleep for the night.
