This book is unique in that it offers two of the most descriptive workouts ever written. In this book, Victor offers us his personal home and gym workouts. But don't call this another "BODY BOOK". In Chapter 4, Victor explains that although goal achievement is important, we must work toward goals that are intimate and of our own design. He shares with us an endearing story that explains why he has pursued physical superiority. He shares this with us to stress the importance and responsibility we have to ourselves to do things that are intimately of our choice, instead of pursuing goals, lifestyles or careers goals others have set for us.
In Chapter 3 he provides for each of us a personal declaration of belief. He also provides for us a contract that holds us to making a stride in the direction of our true dreams and objectives within a 3 month period. He's not at all concerned with the achievement, he is concerned with us taking the first step.
Now, the workout stuff. Chapters 13 and 14 provide the most descriptive workout programs ever designed. In Chapter 13, Victor provides for us his personal workout for the gym and Chapter 14 a workout we can do at home. Take these at your own pace.
