Diamond - can rock get any harder, April 8, 2000
This review is from: Peace Love & Pitbulls (Audio CD)
This is the best rock album I know! Love Peace and Pitbull = Diamond (can rock get any harder? Tell me.) I'm born 49 and I've grown up with rock & rythm and blues. Love Hendrix, Cream, Stones, Led Zeppelin, the Who and all the rock&roll and blues scene. Love heavy guitars. Love the beat that get get right into your body. And I also love Wagner, Bach, Mozart, Stravinsky, jazz, dixieland, church-choiers etc. I love all kind of music. Happend to hear a track from Thåströms Love Peace and Pitbulls on the train in my hearphones. Just got ! Bought it some days later. I have to listen to it in my hearphones at home. Not even my two teen-age boys can take it. Dad's to rough. If you like it hard - can it get any harder? Tell me please. To me there is no better album although I've collected albums since the beginning of the 60's. This one is the ultimate. Music, song and mixing is superb. Listen to it in hearphones. Loud! Compared to this album hard-rock groups are country and western (but I like them although, that is hard rock groups). Hope you like LPP. It's a diamond, the hardest there is. Anders

Industrial Thaström, March 5, 2007
This review is from: Peace Love & Pitbulls (Audio CD)
Now this was quite something. Thaström goes completely industrial. He actually does it quite well, better than most before or after him. I never really knew what to me of him. He was the charismatic leader of Ebba Grön of course but I never really warmed up to him until this. This is industrial hard rock well before it became very popular.
