I have read many of Alan Cohen's books and I did find inner peace with this book. This book helped me turn my thoughts around from confused and angry to the peace I was looking for. We are so busy with our jobs, children, families, and life that we dont really take time for ourselfs to find the rest and peace we need to keep our sanity. It gives alot of quotes to help you find peace with yourself, your parents, your children, and life in general. I recommed this book to anyone who just wants a quick read that will help you find peace, plus I found myself remembering special quotes that I repeat to myself when I need that quick pickme up when Im at work or in a stressful situation.
