This CD has many of the favorite songs Sam Cooke sang with the Soul Stirrers. At seventy years of age, I enjoy singing along with these songs I began listening to when I was in senior high school.

I bought this so I could enjoy Sam Cooke's pure voice without all the over production it was subjected to when he became a crossover pop star. I was not disappointed.
