5.0 out of 5 stars Love It!, March 16, 2011
This review is from: Peaceblaster (Audio CD)
This is definitely my favorite studio album from STS9. Their sound is so powerful and unique with its atmospheric tones and dancing melodies that can make you want to want to jump up and boogie or just lay comfortably and groove cerebrally. With that said, this is definitely a band who is judged regularly on their live shows and out of all of the times I have seen them, they always flawlessly delivered a damn good performance. Definitely a band everyone needs to see live and the perfect opportunity is at Wakarusa 2011 this June in Ozark, Arkansas. It's going to be the best festival of the summer!!

5.0 out of 5 stars FANTASTIC, March 1, 2011
This review is from: Peaceblaster (Audio CD)
Sound Tribe's style is unmatched. And they really convey that style in this record. They jump from mellow and ambient to dancey and jammy effortlessly. While sticking to their electronic style, they include multiple electronic genres. Hints of drum and bass, dub, house, and soundscapes can be found throughout, sometimes in the same song. They do it well though. A must buy for any fan or anyone who likes electronic music. and be sure to check them out at wakarusa this summer! It's June 2-5 in Arkansas and STS9 is going to kill it!
