Create, open, modify, and save client files from any member of the Peachtree 2006 line, plus handle complex tasks such as company consolidation, compensation management, and comprehensive budgeting.

Features:

• Customer management report: this report will calculate the number of days it takes to pay each invoice along with the average number of days it takes a customer to pay overall.
• Customer transaction history report: Now see all the detail associated with a customer's invoice, what the customer owes, and drill down to the detail from one place. You will have the ability to view the report by active vs. inactive customers as well as the ability to print the report showing one customer per page. You can even filter the report by customer invoice number or purchase order number!
• Control access: Control the access you allow for users. The control level defines the rights the user will have to selected program area at screen or module levels. You can establish the following controls: no access, read only, add, edit, or full.
• Consolidate companies: Use the Peachtree Consolidation Wizard to select the companies you want to consolidate. The newly created consolidated company will have a consolidated chart of accounts to allow you to view consolidated financial statements.
• Financial manager: Provides a quick way for you to get a brief, overall financial picture of how your clients' businesses are performing. View Business Summaries (operations, profitability, resource management, and working Capital) or Key Balances (cash, AR/AP, total assets, and total liabilities).
